These terms explain the general basis on which Paryatan provides travel-planning and travel-service assistance. The final quotation, booking confirmation and supplier conditions applicable to a specific journey form part of the booking terms for that trip.

Quotations and availability

Airfares, hotel rates, taxes, exchange rates, attraction tickets and other travel services are subject to availability and can change until the applicable service is confirmed and any required payment is received.

Supplier conditions

Airlines, hotels, transport companies, cruise operators, insurers, visa-service providers and other suppliers may apply their own change, cancellation, refund, baggage, check-in and service conditions. Relevant conditions should be reviewed before confirmation.

Traveller documents

Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports and any required visas, permits, insurance, health documentation and destination entry approvals. Entry decisions remain with the relevant authorities.

Changes and cancellations

Change or cancellation charges depend on the confirmed services and supplier rules. Any applicable charges, non-refundable components or credit conditions will be communicated based on the booking involved.

Travel circumstances

Schedules, routes and services may be affected by weather, operational disruption, government requirements, strikes, natural events or other circumstances outside Paryatan’s reasonable control. Where possible, the team will assist with available alternatives in accordance with supplier rules.
